A splendid heavy solid silver ruler made in 1991, 73.2 grams, inscribed 1975, 1995, 29 June, with hallmarks, makers mark RC, 6 inches/15 centimetres, some scratches commensurate with use.
 
We are having a problem identifying the right maker for the mark, the best known RC being Richard Crossley who made silver in the late 18th and early 19th century.  We will consult our experts, Styles of Hungerford who are able to identify almost any piece of silver and have usually known all our contemporary makers personally.
