This rather rare lithograph image, 36 x52cm, mounted, framed and glazed,  of the Emperor Napoleon, his son, the King of Rome and titular Emperor of the French for a few weeks in 1815, and Napoleon III, Emperor of the French from 1852- 1870, was published in Paris by A F Lemaitre, printed by Lemercier.  It was entered in the Bibliographie de la France on 28th December 1850.
Hippolyte Louis Emile Pauquet, 1797-1871, was a wood engraver, artist, lithographer, and Paris correspondent for the Illustrated London News.
