This gloriously ridiculous little cartoon is an instant smile or perhaps a Roald Dahl style story waiting for an author.  Whoever R Hollamby is, they are definitely amused. The frame is frankly horrible, and slightly damaged on one corner, but we are putting it on the site as it is while wonderful QED framers make repairs and improvements which may avoid a complete reframing.
